World-wide leader: TrustedHouseSitters
Pros
- many listings (Europe, North America, Asia, Australia)
- very legit, offers insurence, support
- modern website
- mobile app
- shows applicant count (so you don’t apply for a sit with too many applicants)
Cons
- price (Is it worth it?)
- competitive - you need to act fast for some sits
Our second choice: Nomador
Pros
- “discovery option” (limited free account to test out the platform)
- modern website
- “stopovers” - be hosted by a community member for free
Cons
- you cannot explore search results in “map mode”
Less competitive MindMyHouse
Pros
- affordable
- easy to use
- bloggers seem to find this platform less saturated with sitters
Cons
- fewer listings

If you want to travel to Europe, none of those is especially useful. I would consider them if I was travelling to Australia/New Zealand.
